Call Centre
Eventix has a national 1300 call centre facility which can take bookings over the phone for your event. Our friendly, experienced operators will take bookings, enter client details into our Box Office software which feeds directly into your central client database.



Box Office Sales System
Our Box Office Sales System will not only handle front of house ticket sales for your event, it works in unison with our online and over the phone ticketing system to manage your event's total guests and inventory. This wholistic system is critical in managing event capacity and dealing with crowd control. It also allows you to capture data from walk up clients that feeds directly into your central database.



Front of House Staff and Management
We have a national team of resources who can manage your box office, cash sales and door entry for events of all sizes. Our team are professional, experienced in cash handling and well presented. The Eventix team will take the stress out of managing your event (large or small).



Database Management and CRM
Data (client data)is what makes your business valuable and at Eventix, we do not hold your database to randsom. Our ticketing system is a membership based solution where your customers enter in as much or as little information as you require before purchasing a ticket or becoming a member. This information is populated into a sophisticated CRM system that allows you to data mine, email and sms market directly to your customers.



Ticket Fulfillment
And if you require a printed ticket for your event we can coordinate that also. From a simple printed ticket with perforated coupon to an elaborate design with unique graphics, shape and anti-fraud properties. We can also handle your physical ticket fulfillment via Australia Post anywhere in Australia.



Administration System
We provide you with global, 24 hour access to an administration system which enables you to monitor and manage your event. No longer do you need to wait until the next day or wait on hold for service from your ticketing provider. You can run sales reports, send emails or data mine your members from anywhere in the world, at any time as long as you have internet access!



E-Marketing
One of the best tools within the Eventix System is the ability to send bulk emails to your database. It is not only against the law to send mass emails (known as SPAM) via a standard email program, it is cumbersome & time consuming. Our system has an inbuilt sms and email marketing engine so that you can broadcast to your database at your discretion. We also have sophisticated email tracking tools to measure the success and effectiveness of your mail out. Why pay someone else to mail to your clients when you can do it from home or Eventix can do it for you!

Eventix is flying the Australian flag internationally with operations soon to open in Thailand and imminent launches in Europe and other regions within Asia in 2010. We have a multi-currency payment gateway to enable you to run events internationally as well as locally whilst managing your finances and event logistics via the Eventix system from home or office.
