How do I get a copy of my e-ticket?

Under the 'Help' option click on 'Lost my e-ticket' or call 1300 737 363 during Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Is my e-ticket my entry to the event?

Yes your E-Ticket (also your tax invoice) is your entry to the event, unless hard copy tickets are mailed to you.

What if I have lost my paper tickets?

You need to call 1300 737 363. Lost tickets will be cancelled and a $20 reissue fee will be charged.

What if I can't print my e-ticket?

Your e-ticket can be mailed to you at a fee of $4.50 or you can call 1300 737 363 to see if the event organizer will accept the reference number without the e-ticket.

What if I want to change the date?

To change the date of the event you need to call 1300 737 363 and there will be a $10 fee charged.

What if I can't remember my password?

Go to 'Create/Manage your profile', type in your email address and then click on 'Forgot your password'.

I have other people on my e-ticket. Do we all have to arrive at the same time?

No you do not have to arrive at the same time. You need to print the required amount of copies so each person has a copy of the ticket. There will be either a scanner or a door list to monitor the amount of guests entering the event.

Billing and Payments

Eventix will provide ticketing revenue less booking fees back to the event coordinator within 5 working days after the event assuming the client has provided all the required banking, company and account details.

Your settlements and associated reporting will be accurate, detailed and timely.
